The Inaugural Family Field Day

Come out and join us for the Inaugural Family Field Day , a free community wellness event presented by Epsilon Iota Foundation and The New You on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Texas Empowerment Academy, 5800 E. Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78653. This is all about bringing the community together for a day of fun, movement, good energy, and healthy living in a welcoming space for all ages.
