THE IN BETWEEN: Resting in the Pause Before the Next BecomingJanuary is not a beginning.
It is a threshold — a quiet space where the old has loosened, but the new has not yet taken shape.
This 2-hour Yin workshop invites you to rest in that in-between space, without rushing clarity or forcing change. Through long-held Yin postures, gentle breathwork, meditation, and hand mudras, we’ll explore the art of staying — listening to the body, softening the nervous system, and allowing what’s unfolding to move at its own pace.
Rather than setting intentions or seeking answers, this practice offers permission to pause. To honour uncertainty. To trust that rest, stillness, and not knowing are part of the becoming.
This workshop is ideal if you’re feeling:
*In between endings and beginnings
*Tired of pushing for resolution
*Drawn to a slower, more inward way of starting the year
Come as you are. Nothing needs fixing. There is nowhere else to be.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please wear warm layers and bring a cosy blanket.
