In this panel session, hosted by Atkin Chambers, HFW and CCR, Andrew Goddard KC of Atkin Chambers, Jo Delaney of HFW and Tony Hilton of CCR will discuss how AI is already changing the way disputes are and will be handled and how vast amounts of documentary evidence can be immediately distilled into a coherent form for arbitration. The seminar will also deal with the short and medium term likely developments in relevant AI and their impact on future dispute resolution.
