The III Movement x Natalie Dynia: Run, Pilates & Bagels
Join The III Movement and Natalie Dynia for a beach morning of movement and connection.
We’ll kick off with a 1-mile guided beach run, followed by a 30-minute Pilates flow led by Natalie. After class, enjoy bagels on the beach from Brooklyn Dough and time to hang out with the community.
All levels are welcome!!
What’s included:
