The Identity Shift - Built from Within
Erica Frenkel, a Functional Medicine-Certified and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, will be joining us on Wednesday, July 29th to discuss The Identity Shift - Built from Within.
3 Key Takeaways:
- The stories you tell yourself shape your identity. Many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves feel like facts, but they're often stories we've repeated over time.
- Your identity isn't fixed. You have the ability to grow, evolve, and redefine who you are at any stage of life.
- Awareness creates possibility. By recognizing and questioning the stories that no longer serve you, you can create space for authentic growth and new opportunities.
Who are you...beyond the labels, expectations, and stories you've carried for years?
Join us to explore how the beliefs we;ve practiced over a lifetime can quietly shape our identity —and how those beliefs don't have to define our future. Learn how to identify the stories that may be holding you back, challenge what no longer feels authentic, and begin building an identity that aligns with the person you're becoming.
Whether you've navigating a career change, motherhood, a new season of life, or simply craving personal growth, this event will leave you feeling inspired to embrace what's possible from the inside out.
