The House that She Built Program

House That She Built is a three‑session immersive program designed to inspire Girl Scouts to explore careers in construction, engineering, architecture, and design. Girl Scouts will attend all three sessions as they build skills and confidence from concept to creation.
The program begins at Hidden Falls Girl Scout Camp, where participants will work together on a hands‑on building project, such as constructing a small wooden bench (exact project TBD). The final two sessions take place at our San Jose office, where Girl Scouts will meet and learn from amazing women from the Professional Building and Construction Association, explore the many roles involved in building a structure, design their own building plans, and create a 3D model.
Through teamwork, creativity, and real‑world role models, Girl Scouts will discover how their interests and talents can help shape the built world around them.
Patch included.
