The Hot Mamas Club TM "Strength and Tone" Class is an WOMEN ONLY workout class hosted by female group instructor, Yasmine Cox.
This one hour session includes a warm up, workout and stretching. All levels are welcomed. Prepare to become apart of a sisterhood of supportive women with goals of being healthy and staying active together.
