The Hot 84: The 84 Classical Asana Class with Almania Colombo

Join International Yoga Champion Almania Colombo as she leads us through the 84 Asanas that are traditionally known as the Advanced Class in the Bikram Yoga (Hot26) community.
The Advanced class consists of 84 postures, of which the 26 were taken from to create the Hot26 beginners class. This class is great for those that practise the Hot26 and Hot Yoga regularly and want to deepen their knowledge and skills. These classes are challenging, different from the Hot26, with the teacher practising and leading with the group. Its great fun!

Saturday 26th September & 31st October 2.30 - 4.30pm
Location: YV Summertown
Fee: £30 (10% discount for monthly autopay and yearly members)
Suitable for those that practise Hot Yoga regularly (Hot26 and Hot Power and Hot Yoga Flow)
