Want to help us build an award-winning Carnival Float for Nuneaton Community Carnival 2026?
We're looking for people who want to get involved and be part of something special.
Whether you're a skilled tradesperson, creative designer, talented artist, practical problem solver, or simply someone who enjoys getting stuck in and having a laugh, we'd love to have you on board.
We're looking for help with:
🎨 Painting & decorating
🔨 Building & construction
✏️ Designing & creative ideas
🛠️ Making props & features
💡 Electrical, lighting & special effects
🚚 General labour & helping hands
🎭 Costumes, artwork & finishing touches
☕ Tea making, pizza eating and morale boosting!
You don't need experience to join us. Some of the best ideas come from people who've never built a carnival float before. If you're willing to learn, lend a hand and enjoy being part of a great team, you're exactly the sort of person we're looking for.
We meet every Tuesday from 6:00pm and spend the evening building, creating, laughing and bringing our vision to life.
For us, Carnival isn't just about winning trophies.
It's about community.
It's about bringing people together.
It's about making new friends.
It's about creating something we're all proud of.
So if you've got a few spare hours, some skills to share, or simply fancy being part of the journey, come and join The Horseshoes Carnival Club.
