Comics for the Night:
Host Matt Hall and Rockford funnyman has been performing stand-up comedy for the better part of two decades. He’s played many clubs across the Midwest and currently resides in Rockford where he hosts a morning radio show on 104.9 the X.
Special 815 COMEDY FEST Open Mic Winner: TBD on August 13th
Guest Feature Alex Savant is an award-winning comedian from Rockford and co-producer of the renowned collective Chill Pill Comedy. Quickly rising through the ranks of comics in the Stateline area, Alex has developed a voice that feels just as at home shouting over a pool hall jukebox as it does deliver biting satire in the region’s most historic theaters. His stiff-upper-lip style follows in the working-class traditions of Pryor and Carlin—critical but not thoughtless, unabashed but not crass. Unafraid to punch above his weight class, Alex performs regularly across the Midwest.
Guest Feature Michael Palmenderi gives you an energetic physical performance that are both immersive and hilarious as he takes you through his struggles with chronic pain, singing everything like he’s in a musical, and being hairy in an increasingly hairless world. Michael has a background in theatre and trained at the Second City Chicago where he graduated from the Conservatory Program. He’s worked in multiple theatrical productions and has provided spirit fingers throughout the entire Chicagoland area.

Guest Feature Kevin Haas is a full-time journalist who hails from the great city of Rockford, Illinois. When he's not tirelessly covering the news, he's at home thinking of weird things to say to strangers. Kevin can be seen hitting the stage all over the Midwest.
