The Home Hype Up is a free homebuying class for entrepreneurs, small business owners, comedians, artists, entertainers, gig workers, and anyone with an income that doesn’t fit inside a W-2 box. I’m teaming up with Daniel Palmer of Shelter Mortgage to show you exactly what’s possible when your paycheck looks a little different.

This isn’t your mama's first-time homebuyer seminar. There’s no sales pitch here. Just real information, real numbers, and real homes, so you can go after your big goals (and the ones you didn’t even think were possible yet).

What we’ll cover:

• Loan options built for buyers outside the traditional W-2 world, and what lenders actually look at when your income varies
• What homes are available in Atlanta for around the cost of your rent
• A LIVE search of the MLS so you can see real homes in real neighborhoods (spoiler: they’re not all fixer-uppers!)
• Your next steps, whether you want to buy in 6 months or 2 years
