About this Event
The H.O.M.E. Fair™ Home Ownership Made Easy is a free community homeownership event hosted by NAREB Twin Cities.
Whether you are just beginning to think about homeownership, actively preparing to buy, or looking for alternative ways to build wealth through real estate, this event is designed to help you understand your options and identify your next step.
Throughout the day, attendees will have access to homeownership education, lenders, Realtists®, financial coaches, housing organizations, down payment assistance resources, and professionals who can help make the homebuying process easier to understand.
This is more than a resource fair. Our goal is for you to leave with a plan — whether that means improving your credit, building a budget, connecting with a lender, meeting a Realtist®, exploring down payment assistance, or learning about another path to homeownership.
