This year we’re celebrating America’s 250th birthday the Hive way:
Sweaty.
Loud.
Slightly unhinged.
And fully hydrated.
Join us for our Independence Day 5K Run/Walk as we take our fitness outside and exercise our right to open-air independence. Whether you run fast, jog casually, power walk aggressively, or simply survive…you’re part of the team.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
🇺🇸 Group stretch + warm up at 6:30AM
🇺🇸 Pre-run carbs + hydration
🇺🇸 Flags flying while we move as a team
🇺🇸 A Hive Recovery Tea AFTER the run/walk
(Bring your own cup because Coach K is not washing 47 cups on a holiday 😘)
WEAR RED ❤️
Bring a flag if you have one.
If you don’t have one, let us know and we’ll provide one because nobody gets left behind in this patriotic circus.
