The Higher Table

If you're a Christian Black woman who has recently lost your job to a layoff or restructure, this space is for you.

The Higher Table is a community built for exactly this season: the unexpected ending, the in-between, the "what's next." I created this space because I've walked through job loss myself, and I know how much it helps to have people who understand the journey, spiritually and practically.

Here, we connect, encourage each other, and grow together in faith while we figure out what's next professionally. Whether you're actively job searching, pivoting industries, or discerning your next step, you'll find real conversation and real support.
