The Henry Box School: Year 7 Chinese New Year

We are delighted to announce that on Thursday 30th January we will be hosting a themed meal for all Year 7 families. This is a fantastic chance for you to have informal discussions with members of staff and meet fellow parents. It is anticipated that this event will run from 5:40pm to 6:30pm. This event will take place in the school canteen.

Food will be provided by our catering provider, ‘STIR’, and will be provided free of charge. We would like to extend this invitation to your whole family. Siblings that are 10 and over are more than welcome to join the meal. For children under 10, our GCSE Childcare students are offering a crèche. This is dependent on numbers and therefore subject to change. If you would like for a younger child to attend and use the crèche facility, please could you submit your information via this Microsoft forms link: https://forms.office.com/e/S9TDtVRxt9, ensuring you submit a form for each child: by so that we can make sure that we can accommodate your child(ren).

The deadline for creche sign up is Friday 24th January, we will not be able to accept children into the creche on the evening.

When you apply for tickets, please let us know the total number of family members who will be joining us for this Chinese Meal. Numbers will be limited, so we will operate on a first come basis
