We often live in the past because we cling to memories,. Or we worry about our future and are plagued by fears of what it might hold. In doing so, we stand in our own way. When we let go of these thoughts about the past and future, we can experience the nature of our heart and begin to open up. Then we can truly live in the present moment.Tulku Lobsang teaches us methods how to open our hearts. Through physical exercises, meditations, and mantra recitations, we can begin to let go and stop getting stuck in old memories. In this way, we open ourselves and free ourselves from fears and tensions. When we open our heart, we become more content and can live a life filled with trust, understanding, and patience. And through that, we gain more respect and compassion.
