The Heart Still Knows — A Safe Space for Birth Mothers
Advertisement
A free half-day space for mothers separated from their children through adoption, fostering, or care — to talk, be heard, and begin to heal.
The Heart Still Knows
For mothers separated from their children through adoption, fostering, or care.
Whatever happened, and however long ago — the guilt, the grief, the shame, and the love very often never had anywhere to go. Many of us have carried it alone, in silence, for years.
The Heart Still Knows is a new half-day space created for exactly that. We'll talk about what you're feeling, and why. Then, gently, we'll guide you through a supported space to help heal that pain — together, and at your own pace.
What to expect
-A small, private group — not a lecture, not a classroom
-Space to name feelings that may never have been said out loud before
-A guided closing session to help release guilt, grief, and shame
-Delivered by a qualified counsellor who understands grief and trauma both through expertise and lived experience, offering steady, heartfelt guidance.
This first session is free , as we launch the course. Places are kept deliberately small, so please only book if you're able to attend.
