The 8th annual The Heart of Albany Festival returns with professional chalk artists creating larger-than-life artworks while you watch. There will be artists in different disciplines demonstrating their work, school groups and amateur chalk artists, live entertainment and music, AMAzing Activities and games, unique items at the Vendor Village (just in time for the Christmas shopping season), and delicious food at the Food Truck Court!You can also view artworks by creative middle and high school students at the 2nd annual Student Art Contest and Exhibition, and vote for the People's Choice award winner with your smartphone.
