The heart is not only a physical organ—it is often understood as a centre of awareness, connection, and emotional truth. In yogic tradition, the Anahata (heart chakra) represents the bridge between the physical and the spiritual. In Taoist and Buddhist perspectives, the heart is linked to consciousness, compassion, and inner clarity.

Modern approaches also suggest that the heart generates a coherent field influenced by emotional states such as love and gratitude. In neuroscience, it is known to produce a measurable magnetic field extending beyond the body, even larger than that of the brain.

This sound healing session invites you to bring awareness back to the heart—our inner centre of safety and balance. In the intensity of modern, fast-paced urban life, we often become disconnected from this space, caught in cycles of overthinking. Through sound and vibration, this experience offers a moment to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with a deeper, calmer rhythm within.

This 2-hour experience is a gentle space to come back. To slow down, feel, and reset.

First hour — coming back into the body (60 min)

We begin with simple, guided practices to help you reconnect:

• free, intuitive movement and spontaneous dance

• soft, mindful exercises to awaken body awareness

• breath-work to ground, release tension, and settle the mind

No performance, no expectations — just space to move and feel in your own way.

Second hour — sound and stillness (60 min)

You’ll then be guided into deep relaxation through a sound journey:

• singing bowls (quartz and metal)

• gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and voice

• a gentle guided meditation

The vibrations help the body unwind, quiet the mind, and open space for emotional release.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — with simple tools you can take into your everyday life. A small pause to take care of yourself.

ABOUT Chai :

Chai is a holistic therapist with a background in music, holding a Master’s degree from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. He hosts regular sound healing sessions at Zen Yoga Studio London.

With over a decade of experience in sound therapy, Chai qualified with a Diploma in Sound Therapy from the Sound Healing Academy in 2015 and has since been offering both group and one-to-one sound bath sessions across London.

Chai also facilitates workshops in meditation and self-healing, guiding participants on a deeply relaxing journey through the healing power of sound. Using crystal singing bowls and oriental gongs, each session becomes a sanctuary of calm, rest, and renewal.
