We are excited to bring to life this comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training program, a Bhakti-inspired immersion to help people just like you embody and share the rich teachings of yoga in a heart-centered and authentic way. Take a transformative journey into the heart and soul of yoga. Find your voice and step into your most authentic self. Learn how to weave yoga stories, philosophy, Sanskrit, mantras, and music into your classes and into the larger fabric of your life. Feel confident creating and teaching intelligent, grounding, heartfelt sequences for all bodies. Deepen your own practice and expand your sense of community in a sangha of awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony, and love.

After completing our 200-hour teacher training in Orlando in 2015, we moved to Jacksonville and opened Black Cat Yoga, a successful and thriving yoga shala in the Historic Riverside neighborhood. Devoted yoga students for over 15 years, with well over 5,000 individual teaching hours, our own personal yoga journeys have been shaped by diverse lineages, experiences, teachers, guides, and mentors both locally and across the country.
We will meet on select weekends and Wednesday evenings over the course of five months. All sessions are in-person and spaces are limited to 10 participants.
Saturdays 8:00 - 5:00 pm
Sundays 9:00 - 6:00 pm
Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:00 pm

All enrollment fees must be paid in full by April 15, 2025

Additional reading materials will be required which are not included in tuition.
Black Cat Yoga teacher training program down payments, deposits, and payments are nonrefundable, and your enrollment can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a training is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund. Absence to a training is nonrefundable.
