The Healing Room: Therapy Pop-up

From Invisible to Visible Therapy is hosting a therapy pop-up session on Saturday and Sunday, October 18 & 19, 2025 at the University of Toronto Scarborough campus.

The Healing Room isn’t just an event. It’s an invitation to go beyond the fear, shame, and silence that often surround mental health, especially in racialized communities. It’s therapy reimagined, through connection, culture, and compassion.

This is our signature offering and it was designed for you.

Join us for a restorative and affirming space for Black and racialized individuals to connect with licensed therapists who understand your lived experiences.

This pop-up event offers “Pay What You Can” therapy sessions, so everyone has access to culturally aligned support, no matter where you’re at financially.
