Crystals and gemstones can help provide a sense of connection and grounding, which may help us when we are coping with a wide variety of emotions and experiences, including grief. In this workshop, discover how connecting with crystals and gemstones can enhance a sense of magic and wonder in everyday life. Join this workshop to learn more about what crystals are, and how to use them. We’ll explore the healing nature of various stones, and their ability to balance and harmonize the mind, body and spirit. We’ll cover techniques for cleansing, preparing and charging crystals, as well as participate in an activity to create a small healing gemstone jar of your own.Date: Saturday October 19th 10am-11:30am at HeartLight Center Denver
