The Healing Mind aims to create a unique immersive sound bath experience providing a space for rest, relaxation, and restoration. Free yourself from all the noise, and embrace a nurturing atmosphere where mind, body, and soul well-being takes center stage. Engage with a supportive community, partake in enlightening discussions, and discover effective practices for enhancing your mental health. Whether seeking relaxation, stress relief, or new pathways to nurture your mind - The Healing Minds event offers an ideal setting. We are excited to meet you there!

Our initiative for these special offerings is to encourage daily meditation practices aimed at refining the art of quieting the mind for personal growth. Through techniques like brain dumping, circle practice, and "spiritual scribing," participants are inspired to manifest their aspirations to embody their optimum selves. Before the Sound Bath there will be a vision boarding to assist in visualizing what you are calling into your next season.

Registration is essential for this experience.

Late entries will not be accommodated once the sound bath session commences.

What to bring?

The following items are recommended:

- yoga mat/pillow/blanket etc.

- Journal to reflect on anything that comes up during the sound bath

- Pen

- small items you’d like to be charged (crystals, cards, special sacred items)

Age Requirements

We try to be accessible to all ages. We ask that you use your best discernment when deciding if your little one is mature enough to respect the serene environment of the sound bath.
