The Healing Feast - March2026

The Healing Feast offers food and community for healing connections with self, others, the earth, and the sacred. Singer/songwriter, sacred space facilitator, and cook facilitates this monthly series to share nurturing, globally-inspired food that is mindful of the earth, along with practices to help us embody joy, healing, creativity, and abundance. This month's Healing Feast is an invitation to Practice Resurrection in an all-ages experience of connection with nature, community, and healing, including a forest foraging walk, music, dance, storytelling, and seed planting. Featured facilitators:

, singer-songwriter, performer, band leader, and licensed therapist whose folk and garage rock songs hit you in the chest with guts, trust and hunger. She brings a healing-centered, empowerment-oriented approach to her musical, artistic, and community work.

Virginia "Ginny" Caldwell, a traditional naturopathic doctor, sound practitioner, neurologic music therapist and founder of Tune-In to Health Holistic Center for Wellness. Ginny’s work emphasizes reconnecting with the rhythms of nature through gardening, drumming, lifestyle, and accessible education rooted in both science and traditional healing wisdom.

Menu: Breakfast for Dinner from across the Americas, with Colombian arepas (fried corn cakes), scrambled eggs, homemade Mexican salsa, traditionally stewed beans, gluten free pancakes in varied flavors, and real maple syrup. All food is allergen-friendly and we can accommodate additional dietary needs

Tickets: Sliding scale tickets (including child-price) are available in advance or at the event as long as supplies last. Ticket prices are a few dollars more the day of the event. Free tickets are available for people who have financial limitations and/or who feel they can best contribute to this event in other, non-monetary ways. Times: Registration and fun warm-up activities begin at 3:30 PM, ritual opening and foraging forest walk at 4:00, dinner at 5:15, participatory creative experience 5:45-6:45 PM.
