The Healing Feast offers food and music for healing connections with self, others, the earth, and the sacred. This is the first in a new series hosted by singer/songwriter and minister Sari Brown, sharing delicious, nurturing, globally-inspired food that is mindful of the earth, along with uplifting, soulful music, and deep, authentic conversations. It will also be a benefit for World Central Kitchen to support their efforts to feed people in crisis in the wake of hurricanes in North Carolina, Guerrero, Mexico, Florida and beyond, and their ongoing presence in war zones like Gaza. This dinner concert experience is designed to nourish both body and soul and reconnect us with a sense of the sacred in the rhythms of nature, while creating a truly inclusive space for all backgrounds, beliefs, identities, abilities, and needs. Sliding scale tickets are available in advance and at the door, and through the generosity of participants, free tickets will be made available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please contact [email protected] if you need a free ticket or with any other accessibility needs.TIME: Doors open at 5:00, dinner at 5:30, concert 6:30-7:30.
