Step inside Chattanooga’s most famously haunted landmark for a night of Halloween revelry, live music, killer costumes, cocktails and a few guests who may—or may not—have checked out decades ago.
On Friday, October 30, The Haunting at The Read House takes over the historic Read House Hotel in downtown Chattanooga for a Halloween party filled with live music, costume contests, food, drinks and plenty of after-dark mischief.
LIVE MUSIC | 9 PM–MIDNIGHT
Sloppy Street Taco Band takes the stage from 9 PM–midnight to keep the party going with live music all night long.
COSTUME CONTESTS + PRIZES
Come dressed to impress—or terrify. We’ll be awarding prizes for:

ARRIVE EARLY: PRE-PARTY | 6–8 PM
Start your Halloween festivities in the Bar & Billiards Room at The Read House with food and drink specials from 6–8 PM. Then follow the spirits to the main event, where doors open at 8:30 PM.
Food and drinks will also be available for purchase throughout the party.
