Welcome to your monthly opportunity to drop in with yourself while connecting with a vibrant community of women at Rich & Grounded Wellness Studio in Red Deer.

This month we will be gathering after a full and luscious summer season, to harvest the ripening fruits of all our adventures.

Together we will create space to slow down and tune in with ourselves, and from this place of inner connection, reflect upon what we've experienced over the past few months.

The triumphs and joys, challenges and changes we have faced during this time.

That which we have chosen and created in our lives. And the ways we've stretched and grown during this time.

Remembering and honouring the moments "little" and "big," that have intertwined to create this season of our lives.

Summer is often a time of go go go, where we are blossoming, travelling, and relishing in the outward experience of Life.

Living freely & fully.

Being in the glorious experience of it all. Soaking in every delicious second of goodness.

Now, we gather together to reflect upon all we have experienced, allowing us to more clearly see, deeply integrate, receive, and enjoy the lessons and themes of this time.

Weaving together the threads of our experience to create greater appreciation for this season of our Life.

Cultivating gratitude, confidence, clarity, and Trust to take with us as we continue walking forward on our path into the more inwards seasons of the year.

What to Expect:

• Grounding meditation + energetic clearing
• Vocal expression/song + movement practises
• Reflection + journaling prompts
• Space for sharing in small and large groups
• A cozy evening of connectionWhat to Bring:
• Wear your snuggliest, coziest, yummiest fall clothing
• Yoga mat, meditation cushions/pillows, blankets, and anything that will support you being comfy cozy on the floor in circle for two hours
• Water bottle
• Journal + pen
• Any other items/spiritual tools/talismans that feel supportive to you
• An open Heart and open mind - arriving in a sober state of being free from alcohol, or other substances including power plantsEvent Details:
