Come together with like-hearted people to laugh, connect, move, and celebrate joy! The Red Deer Laughter and Joy Fest is a one-day community gathering designed to uplift your body, mind, and spirit through the playful power of Laughter Yoga, somatics, mindfulness, creative expression, and deep relaxation.Whether you're a seasoned laughter yoga practitioner or simply curious about reconnecting with joy—this day is for you.
Event Schedule Highlights
10:00 AM – Doors Open

1:15 PM – Free Flow Dancing & Laughter Yoga Dance
