The HART Standard Reveal
About this Event
Lunch provided!
The Heart and Logic Foundation is unveiling HART-STD-001, the foundational start of a new standard built for measuring and managing the human impact of AI deployment on workers, roles, and skills.
WHAT IS HART-STD-001?
The standard defines three requirements for organizations that build or deploy AI:
• ALIM -map how AI changes jobs, tasks, and required skills
• HEM -track whether workers are losing skill or judgment as a result
• EDT- set hard limits on deployment without human oversight
AI companies and adopters license the standard to implement it. Attending this event does not commit your organization to anything.
WHY THIS EVENT
This is a working session to build the founding consortium for HART-STD-001, the group of organizations that will pilot the standard in practice before it's adopted more broadly. We're looking for partners to test ALIM, HEM, and EDT in real workplaces and give direct feedback that shapes the standard before it's finalized.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
• Workforce development programs building AI and tech skills
• Artist and creative-labor organizations, unions, and legal advocates
• Labor unions and worker advocacy groups (retail, logistics, gig and platform work)
• Software developers and AI practitioners working on responsible AI practices
• HR and people-ops professionals managing AI rollout inside their organizations
• Labor and employment lawyers, legal aid clinics, and tech policy advocates
