The Harmony Experience with Jill of & Sara

For two hours, we will hold space for deep restorative yoga and an immersive sound bath, the kind of space where your nervous system can truly soften and reset.

In restorative, the focus is simple but powerful, relaxing in the pose. I’ll guide you into fully supported shapes with thoughtful props so your body doesn’t have to work at all. We’ll move slowly, settle in, and allow the posture to hold you, rather than you holding the posture. This is where the deeper unwinding happens. When the muscles soften. When the breath steadies. When your whole system remembers it’s safe to rest.

Then Sara carries you even further with her sound bath. She guides with such intention and care, layering crystal singing bowls and resonant tones that move gently through the body. The sound isn’t just something you hear, it is something you feel. The vibrations help ease tension, quiet the mind, and invite you into a profound state of calm.

Together, we care deeply about creating safety in the room. Not just relaxation, but an exhale-for-the-first-time-in-a-while kind of relief.
