The Hardest Mile

THE HARDEST MILE – A CHALLENGE FOR A CAUSE

⏰ Time: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

📍 Location: Arrowhead High School Track

Get ready for the toughest mile you’ll ever conquer—all for an incredible cause! Burn Oconomowoc and Arrowhead Student Senate have teamed up to bring you The Hardest Mile. This is a physically demanding challenge benefiting MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association), pushing your endurance while giving back.

HOW IT WORKS:

Participants will complete four grueling laps on the track:

UNMODIFIED:

🔥 Lap 1: Gorilla Hops

🐵 Lap 2: Traveling Burpees

💪 Lap 3: Walking Lunges

🏃‍♂️ Lap 4: Full Sprint

MODIFIED:

🔥 Lap 1: Gorilla Walk Outs

🐵 Lap 2: Monster Walk to Half Burpees

💪 Lap 3: Walking Lunges-Range of Motion

🏃‍♂️ Lap 4: Jog or Walk

You can tackle this mile solo or as a team of four, dividing the laps however you choose.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

💲 $35 per person

• $25 your black Hardest Mile shirt or tank (Your order for this will be asked after checkout is completed)

• $10 goes directly to the MDA fundraiser
