The Hangar + Vennu Yoga - Self Love Yoga and Floral Arrangement Class

The Hangar and Vennu Yoga are celebrating self love with a Yoga and Floral Arrangement Workshop!

Join us for a Valentine's inspired evening including a Vennu yoga session designed to promote self-love, mindfulness and relaxation. Participants will engage in a rejuvenating 30-minute yoga practice led by our experienced instructors, Ayla and Paige. The session will be designed to cater to all skill levels. Following the yoga session, attendees will be treated to a sound bath bowl experience, allowing them to immerse themselves in calming sounds that aid in meditation and relaxation, and surrounded by candles.

Additionally, we will offer a Flower Bar activity for 75 minutes, where participants can create their own floral arrangements. This creative aspect not only enhances the experience but also provides a take-home memory from the event!
