In the beauty industry, our work goes far beyond the service itself. The way a guest feels before, during, and after their appointment can be just as important as the final result.
Join Forward Beauty Network on Monday, October 19 as we welcome hospitality expert, award-winning author, and speaker Traycee Mayer for a conversation about creating experiences that make people feel seen, valued, and cared for.
Drawing from more than 40 years in hospitality and her Heart of Gold Framework®, Traycee will share real-world stories and practical ways to bring more intention, connection, and genuine hospitality into the way we serve our guests.
Whether you work independently, behind the chair, in a treatment room, as part of a team, or own a business, this conversation is about something we all share: creating an experience that keeps guests connected to us long after their appointment ends.
