This energizing spring gathering is designed to help you move your body, soak in the sunshine, and start your day feeling balanced and inspired.

Join us for a feel-good morning of Pilates, fresh air, and community as we take movement outside and welcome the new season together. Spring is the perfect time to reset your routine, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a little sunshine with others who share a love for wellness and movement.

We’ll kick things off with an outdoor Pilates session led by Mo of @lecashmonet and @bigtimemotion, designed to energize and center your body while building strength, improving mobility, and helping you move with intention. Think sunshine on your face, uplifting music, and that refreshing post-workout glow that comes from moving outdoors.

After class, stick around to mingle, enjoy light snacks, snap a few photos, and connect with The Group Chat x CRISP & GREEN community. Whether you’re coming with friends or arriving solo, this event is all about creating space to move, recharge, and meet others who share a passion for wellness.

Our goal is simple: create a spring morning where attendees feel energized, connected, and uplifted while enjoying the sunshine and positive energy of the community.
