About This Event
Sometimes the best way to get out of our heads is to get into our feet and step out into nature.
When you’ve spent years operating in high-alert, high-stress environments, your body learns to hold onto tension long after the shift or deployment ends. Grounding & Nature Walk is an intentional, unhurried outdoor experience designed to help you down-regulate your nervous system, clear the mental noise, and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with a community that understands.
We won't just be walking; we’ll be integrating simple, tactical grounding techniques and breathwork tools directly into movement. It’s an easygoing, outdoor session where you can slow the pace down, breathe fresh air, and practice real self-care without any fluff or pressure.
What to Expect
- Guided Nature Walk: An easy-paced walk focused on presence, mindfulness, and resetting your internal operating system.
- In-Motion Grounding & Breathwork: Practical, hands-on breathing exercises you can use anytime life or stress starts pulling you off-center.
- Nervous System Reset: Learn how physical environment, movement, and intentional breathing combine to release stored operational stress.
- Genuine Connection: Walk alongside fellow veterans, first responders, spouses, and community members in an open, judgment-free space.
