Although the GRIM is a tough trail race in which you will certainly find yourself at times cold, wet and dirty, it is not an obstacle race, it's a running event. We don't build any ramps, walls or swings on the course. All the obstacles are natural, formed by tanks driving over the route or by incessant rain in the weeks leading up to the event. Of course at this stage we can't guarantee the rain but it's never let us down before! In a few places you will be crawling under cargo nets or wading though waist high water. The distance may not sound daunting but don't take this lightly, on a cold December morning, the GRIM is a challenge and you will think it aptly named when you have run it.
