Grief is challenging and often misunderstood. This fall, River West is hosting a Grief Recovery Method support and education group based on the Grief Recovery Method ®. In this group, members will connect with others who have experienced loss, providing mutual support and understanding.In this group, participants will:- Explore the fundamentals of grief and its unique impact on individuals.
- Address common myths about grief that can hinder the healing process.
- Learn about and participate in healthy grief, which is fluid and evolving.

Due to the nature of the Grief Recovery Method ®, the group size is limited to 15 participants. We encourage you to register early to ensure your place.
