Michelle has thoughtfully designed this event for people who are experiencing grief by combining her lived experience of becoming a young widow at age 38, and academic and professional experience of 20 years as a Social Worker (Registered with the Australian Association of Social Work - AASW).
Michelle offers helpful guidance on how to navigate the journey of grief, with in-depth information, grief language skills and practical strategies to help you move forward and embrace hope.
The seminar provides a supportive and safe space to explore the complexities of loss, while the subsequent morning tea offers an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees who share similar experiences and to reflect on the seminar's learnings.
