Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and isolating—but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our Grief Art Group with Jennifer offers a supportive space to process loss through creative expression and group connection.

Each session includes guided art activities designed to help you express feelings that can be hard to put into words. We will explore themes like remembrance, change, coping, emotional release, and rebuilding life after loss.

No artistic skills are required—this is not about being “good at art.” It’s about using art as a healing tool while receiving support, validation, and community.
