Carers may attend for free without a ticket as long as you have a ticket for yourself, and you can provide proof of disability when you arrive.

Refunds will only be given if the event itself is cancelled. Refunds cannot be given if an event is postponed or rescheduled to another date, tickets purchased will still be valid and automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date for any reason then you may resell or transfer your ticket to another person who can attend. Third party sites like TicketSwap.com can be used to resell tickets.
