About this Event

🎶 Mid-semester feeling a little full-on?

Take an hour to pause, breathe and reset. 🌿

Is your brain entirely fried from mid-semester deadlines? 🤯 Drop the textbooks for an hour and give your nervous system a total reset.

Join the RMIT Yoga & Meditation Club this Thursday for a secular, science-backed sound session designed to flush out stress.

What to expect:

🧠 Tactile Mindfulness: We’ll show you how to use meditation beads as a physical anchor to immediately stop a racing mind.

🎶 Acoustic Sound Bath: Sit back and immerse yourself in a live, communal call-and-response musical meditation (Kirtan) using the ancient Maha-mantra sound vibration.

Zero experience required. Come as you are.

🍛 Free delicious plant-based lunch included afterward!
