Sunday, August 2 (long weekend), we're taking over Strathmere — a 200-acre historic estate just outside Ottawa — and turning it into the biggest desi carnival this city has ever seen.
For the kids: Petting zoo. Horse rides. Pony rides. Donkey rides. Horse carriages. Rock climbing. Swimming. Butterfly gardens. Face painting.
For the adults: Live DJ from open to close. Live music and acoustic sets. Dance and singing performances. Vintage car show. Curated bar. Bonfire pits at sunset.
🧖 For the ones who came to actually relax: Yoga in the meadow, walks in the lush green gardens or relax under the beautiful trees.Treat yourself to a day you truly deserve.
All-day food vendors, lunch and dinner buffets, chai, drinks, nature trails through century-old gardens.
