The Great Ice Cream Assembly, New Haven

As you might have heard or read about, Connecticut is launching an exciting new Citizens’ Assembly to make recommendations to our state legislature about how to improve the issue of property tax and local service delivery.

But perhaps you’re wondering what a Citizens’ Assembly is? Or perhaps you’d like your input to make its way to the 100 randomly selected citizens who will be deliberating on the issue over the summer? Or maybe you just want to meet interesting people from across New Haven and eat free ice cream cake together. No matter how you slice it, this is the event for you.
