🦆 THE 11TH ANNUAL GREAT HELEN DUCK RACE 🦆
The Ducks Are Coming!
Adopt a Duck. Change a Life.
Get ready to quack up with excitement on October 24, 2026, right in the heart of Oktoberfest in Helen! 🥨🍂🦆
The 11th Annual GREAT HELEN DUCK RACE, benefiting Family Promise of White & Habersham, is back—and thousands of little yellow champions are ready to take the plunge!
Picture 3,000 rubber ducks splashing into the Chattahoochee River and racing toward the finish line at the Helen Festhalle. It’s one of Helen’s most fun and unforgettable Oktoberfest traditions!
🏆 YOUR DUCK COULD BE THE LUCKY ONE!
The stakes are high, with a $5,000 CASH GRAND PRIZE going to the first duck to cross the finish line! 🦆💰
And the fun doesn’t stop there—the 2nd and 3rd place ducks will also waddle away with prizes valued at more than $750 each!
🦆 ADOPT A DUCK. CHANGE A LIFE.
You don’t have to be in Helen to be part of the race!
For just $10, you can adopt one duck, or $40 for whole raft of five ducks!
Every duck you adopt gives you a chance to win—and, more importantly, helps Family Promise of White & Habersham provide support and services to local families experiencing homelessness as they work toward stable, independent lives. ❤️
