If you've got children, don't miss out on this one!
This year The Great Easter Egg Hunt will start from Scott Point School and then you will head through the school site and some of Scott Point searching for laminated eggs worth varying points. Photograph your team with them on a phone or digital camera and then return to the start point to get a team score. Loads of easter eggs to be won (and not just for the best team).
Key points of note:
1) Parents - please make sure that your children have adequate supervision for exploring the area. You'll need good walking shoes, drink bottle, sunscreen and suitable clothing. The activity could take an hour or more depending on how fast you go and how much you explore.
2) Due to the numbers involved, we can't provide easter eggs this year for everyone sorry - just prize winners only.
3) All rules, maps and clues + registration will be done DIGITALLY at the event to avoid queues so make sure you have a phone with mobile data available (and ability to read QR codes will make it easier for you)
4) We are looking to also have a few snack type food trucks which will be announced closer to the event
5) Once again this year we will be having an Easter Egg colouring competition leading up to Easter where the best ones will be included in our hunt + prizes up for grabs for these too. Watch this Facebook event for the design release and details shortly.
