This class will blend controlled Pilates movement, core engagement, gentle sculpting, breathwork, and moments of reflection to leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and renewed.
Set in The Wine Down’s signature atmosphere of wellness, movement, and community, this experience invites you to slow down, reset your posture, strengthen your core, and create space for presence as you close out the holiday season.
Whether you are a seasoned Pilates lover or just beginning your wellness journey, all levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered so you can move in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
