The Gratitude Garden

Welcome to The Gratitude Garden, a playful and peaceful space where gratitude grows through movement, breath, and sound. 🌱✨

This 30-minute children’s yoga and sound bowl journey blends guided breathwork, imaginative movement, and calming sound vibrations to help kids cultivate gratitude in meaningful ways. Led by a Certified Children & Adolescent Yoga Instructor and Certified Sound Bath Healer, children will plant seeds of gratitude through gentle movement, breathe in kindness like a fresh breeze, and relax into healing sound waves that nurture confidence and joy from within.
