Welcome to the Grand African Run on October 11, 2025—a unique 5K fun run/walk experience where passion meets purpose. This year, we are honored to welcome Olympian Meseret Defar as our distinguished guest, joined by Olympic legend Derartu Tulu, who will cheer you on every step of the way. Every participant will have the chance to win a 2025 Toyota Corolla in our lottery drawing, with the lucky winner announced on event day. In addition, all participants will receive an official event t-shirt, a water bottle, and a goodie bag filled with special sponsor giveaways, and you will cross the finish line with a commemorative medal and tasty snacks awaiting you. Make your participation even more meaningful by running or walking for a good cause, as all funds raised go directly to our charity partner to support underprivileged children and their families.
