We start with relaxation practices that use the breath to soothe the nervous system.
We explore gentle rhythmic movement to bring us deeper and deeper into letting go...
AND we listen, we listen to how our body receives the inhale, how it releases the exhale. How it gives us feedback with every tiny movement we make. We pay such close attention that we can feel how things connect and respond to each other.
There will be restorative postures, so that we further access the melting and the dissolving that is so delicious...
AND then to draw us yet deeper into this soul soothing experience... The AMAZING Lara joins us with her gongs and instruments to guide us with a mesmerizing sound journey...
