Join us for a powerful women’s circle led by myself.
We’ll come together to learn about specific nutrition for your hormones, honour the feminine power within our wombs and explore conversations around being a woman in today’s modern hectic world.
I will guide us through ritual and intention-setting practices that honour our ever-shifting hormonal patterns and transitions in life.
This is a time to let go of your to-do list and the worries you carry. Whether you’ve worked with me before or not, this circle is a safe and welcoming space for all who seek connection, healing, and empowerment in their hormonal health journey.
